Kipper goes on a boating adventure in this fun DVD!

On his journey to go fishing with Tiger, Kipper gets carried away by The Umbrella, and turns an uneventful day of fishing into a boating adventure. Visiting The Seaside, Kipper discovers it's a wonderful place to build sand castles, but when Tiger drifts out to sea, it's Kipper to the rescue! In The Rainbow Puddle, Kipper befriends a magic frog who grants him three wishes - and unselfishly uses his third wish to return the frog to his home. The Paddling Pool is the perfect place for Kipper to cool off on a hot day until a hailstorm changes his plans. In Big Owl's Bath, a windstorm creates havoc for Kipper and Tiger when they must save their belongings from blowing away.
